Celebration time!




Yes, it's that time again - the day when all the fireworks I'll see tonight are for me, announcing noisily that I AM FREE!!

It's two years since I was told I could retire early. The intense feeling of relief, and later, overwhelming joy, is still there.

I love, love, love November 5th....

    woooohooooo .... me too....love being retired....!! If I'd never had to go to work ...ever...I would have loved that too, but somebody had to support me..and I never did find a sugar daddy that I liked enough to keep around.....

    Thank you, all - but oh, Bee, the horrid downside of all this freedom and cake is that I have piled on the weight, and today I had to take myself to one side and give myself a Talking To. No more cake for a while!
