The novelty wears off

Snow again. So much for our long walk this morning.

Never mind the camera, you silly woman - let me in!

Look, I'm getting snow down my neck!

The cat flap's at the back of the house - just LET ME IN!

Not before time. The service round here is disgraceful.

  3. Rupert thinks that every door should come with a cat flap - after all, it's their right to come and go as they choose. Yes?

I can't bear the thought of another dose of snow. After such a wet summer here last year it feels like we've not had warmth for years.

  4. Agreed, that round-eyed look of utter disbelief on Lottie's face was translated by you absolutely word for word! BTW your grey skies are matched by ours down here in the southwest, except here you need waders (or fins and gills). OllieV

  5. Hahahha.... poor Lottie.... she looks so spooked..but, hey...it works........

We got another 4 inches yesterday too.... heavy wet stuff...whew.... tough shoveling...and, for sure it's not done over here. Spring is a long ways off for us.

  6. That first let-me-in photo is priceless. The personification... or maybe catification .... of the word "aghast".

    Snow? Snow?

I keep telling you: come and live in sunny Edinburgh. (OK, not positively sunny today. But mild.)

  7. Those snowflakes are huge! No wonder Lottie didn`t think too much of being outside today.

I hope the white stuff doesn`t stay too long this time......

  9. I think I need a cat like yours - what a face! Such enormous eyes, very expressive. And the snow, when will it stop?

  11. What a wonderful expression!
    'It's absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!'
    'What?'
    'Absolutely EVERYTHING!'

  13. HAHAHAAaaaahhhh! That cat staring in the window at you is the pure definition of "a picture is worth a thousand words"! (Most of those words are unprintable on a family website, I'm pretty sure!)

  14. I love coming here because we are catless at present and your photos and captions make me laugh so much.

Alas, WV is going back on - I know it's hateful, but so are the robot spammers. Please please don't let WV stop you from leaving your oh-so-welcomed comments!
