The only way of surviving builders and a leaky roof (still!) is chocolate. I would be going completely round the bend without it - and it's got to be better for me than the brandy bottle!
The builders began work on Monday, my husband has just gone to the shop to buy chocolate, the diet is well and truly broken. I think I can say that I understand your dilemma.
