Woss this then?

It casts a pretty shadow, but seems to have been lurking unseen beneath the rosemary until this year, when in its spindly way, it put on some growth. I have no idea where it came from, or what it is. Any ideas?

  1. Looks like a Korean Spice to me. If it blooms next spring you will become enchanted by the loveliest fragrance.

  2. By the time you've watched it for a whole year, to see whether it flowers or fruits in its own season, than you may get a clue! I had a shrub which took three years of growth before I could identify it - and now, at this moment, I can't remember it name!

  3. Yes, Viburnum. I just used some some in an arrangement. Lucky you,

  4. My first thought was cotoneaster! Malocolm doesn't recognise it - so, sorry, we're not much help!!

  5. Viburnum? Every time Susan (29 Black Street) asks about a plant, I guess viburnum and she agrees. I didn't think of it with my one twiggy stem. Oh dear, I'm becoming prematurely senile!

  8. OMGoodness you made me giggle out loud here in the dark at my computer (8:30pm). That silly giggle the one that you can't quite stop, the one that threatens to give you the hiccups.

Thanks for that xo S & les Gang

I have no idea what it might be ... not even a guess even. Where's Marie when we need her.

  9. My vote is on viburnum. I've got one in my garden, leaves look just the same.
