Ahem: you may have noticed that the quality of the pictures taken with my phone has improved lately. That's because of a clever move by the Lovely Son: peeling the clear protective patch off the lens.....
Well, I really do think Flossie could have carried that bit home for Malcolm's log pile! Don't worry, you are not alone in the non'removal of protective film!
I really laughed when you said about the protective film. I have argued for years about keeping in my old mobile phone to prevent screen from scratching and most blokes are desperate to peel it off.
Alas, WV is going back on - I know it's hateful, but so are the robot spammers. Please please don't let WV stop you from leaving your oh-so-welcomed comments!

Florence really wants to bring that 'stick' home doesn't she! I still can't get over how much she looks like my big dog.
ReplyDeletePoor old tree though. As for protective film over telephone lens... scuttles off to check....
Lovely children do come in handy sometimes... wish I had some to help with new-fangled gadgets.
ReplyDeletep.s. Glad to see Florence out and about again!
ReplyDeleteMen and things technical - they can be so useful, sometimes!

ReplyDeleteLOL!! These men have their uses.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see that Flossie is back to rude good health again.
I laughed about the protective film too. Then I got the husband in to laugh at it as well. He knows why I knew he'd think that was very funny ...
ReplyDeleteI'm not saying anything about gadgets at all .
ReplyDeleteYou'd all hear the rude laughter in triplicate as various children snorted .
I can't laugh as I'm going to peel the protective patch off mine......
ReplyDeleteLove the photos - and laughing because my laptop still sports the clear protective plastic after nearly two years - much to son's disgust!
ReplyDeleteThank heavens for lovely son. I am very envious of your new handbag, I have a cupboard full of the things and not one that I really really like!
ReplyDeleteWell done that son! An easy thing to overlook.
ReplyDeleteHusband would be lusting after that lovely piece of wood - I see firewood he sees furniture.
