Ahem: you may have noticed that the quality of the pictures taken with my phone has improved lately. That's because of a clever move by the Lovely Son: peeling the clear protective patch off the lens.....

    Florence really wants to bring that 'stick' home doesn't she! I still can't get over how much she looks like my big dog.

    Poor old tree though. As for protective film over telephone lens... scuttles off to check....

    I really laughed when you said about the protective film. I have argued for years about keeping in my old mobile phone to prevent screen from scratching and most blokes are desperate to peel it off.
