This is a great post. You have matched the text to the photos perfectly. I think that is what he is really thinking. Gorgeous. I hope you enjoyed the walk.
"I'm ready, Mom." "Mom? I'm ready." "Mom, are you ready?" "Mom, I'm ready." "I'm waiting. Right here. By the door." "Let's go, Mom." "Mom?" "When are we gonna go?" "Mom, notice me being very patient." "Mom. I got my ball. It's right here." "Mom, it's time to go." ad infinitum
Nike the Lab says, exactly Flossie. Think if you had to wait for 2 humans to get ready. And the little blonde one always has to go to the bathroom first! I shepherd her from room to room trying to hurry her up.
Thanks for the tip, Flossie. (The Boo's first walk is imminent). Reminds me of going out with the kids when they were babes. With number one it was a special bag packed to the brim with lotions, potions, bibs, dummies, a clean vest and the rest. With number two I'd got it down to a clean nappy in one pocket and a packet of wipes in the other.
And finally off you go , the pair of you . A small bouncy human , trailing colourful gadgets and accessories , shepherded by a sleek , black slightly exasperated Flossie .....
I love the gazing at the door keys picture. It's a bit like me waiting for my husband... My identical (but boy) dog does the same but accompanied by loud whining.
Our lovely Chester has a sore leg - which in addition to his other sore leg - is not a Good Thing. Does it stop him wanting to bounce and run? Only a bit. Feel really mean keeping him to short slow walks on a lead. (Vet's instructions.)
Love that! So much better than the lurking-at-the-bottom-of-the-bed in a coat thing I get from Higgins, the wus! *whispers* fingers crossed for the house sale... Penny x
Alas, WV is going back on - I know it's hateful, but so are the robot spammers. Please please don't let WV stop you from leaving your oh-so-welcomed comments!
