Sunsets are one of the glories of living on the West coast. By the way, Blogger is playing up, and this is about my seventh attempt at leaving a comment!!!
O! So gorgeous. I know people who make a point of NOT photographing sunsets, and I have never been able to figure out their reasoning!
The buck is awe-inspiring. I had to search to find out what kind of deer it is....is it a red deer buck? In my rambles, I found you don't have white tail deer in the UK. Of the species you have, the red deer looks most like the white tail.
I tried to comment but i don't think it worked. So do edit out this nonsense. I was just trying to say how lucky you are to have seen a stag. I never have although a herd of deer grazes nearby frequently.
Alas, WV is going back on - I know it's hateful, but so are the robot spammers. Please please don't let WV stop you from leaving your oh-so-welcomed comments!
Yes, I love it here. I am SO glad I came. And I'll be back. Thank you Rachel.
ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful
ReplyDeleteGorgeous water views. I would love it there too. Flossie looks very happy.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of a scene from "The Queen" ...the movie... Stunning! Thank you, Rachel for sharing.

ReplyDeleteThat is a magnificent stag! Pretty impressive sunset, too. With so much light in the sky it's hard to realise how dark it actually is.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Shelagh. And I love the way she spells her name almost as much as I love that buck you captured with your camera.

ReplyDeleteOh, my goodness!
ReplyDeleteWhat you have captured would be so memorable to someone from a different country. Can so understand Shelagh's happy statement.

ReplyDeleteYou are lucky to have seen a stag. I never have done, although deer regularly graze nearby.
