I love this photo !! very arty we think. Much love Oliver, Susan & les Gang and Oliver sends to M. Millie with the Black Nose and the very Sore Eye many special kisses & hugs
A bit late for Burns Night , isn't it ? I'm impressed with your actually bothering to look outside any more . I know exactly what I'll see . Yet more snow and , for some reason , 24-hour-a-day street lights . The local council seem to have decided that what little money we'll have over from paying our huge heating bills can go towards uneccessarily high council bills . I've become Victor Meldrew , haven't I . How sad .
When I was little, "It's a braw bricht moonlicht nicht the nicht" was my big brother's way of saying Good Night to me - if he'd been out, he would even wake me up to say it. I always thought he'd made it up (sorry, but I'm Welsh!). I gather from comments that it's Burns. Can someone tell me exactly where to find it?

Yes, it's a beauty - just came back along the A3 from Guildford, and the moon was spectacular. But we had snow earlier - guess that counts as braw?

I think you know how to use your camera just fine. And I'm glad we get to see the results. Beautiful.
I was just admiring the moon myself as I drove home from work. It looked much the same as your moon. What a coincidence...
A beautiful moon here too, until the snow clouds came.....
Rachel, I have been catching up on here. Your sequence of photos of Lottie and Millie together are brilliant. Two lovely cats.
Good to hear that the poorly eye is healing well.

It is a beautiful moon, snow or no snow - and at the moment we are having a no-snow interlude. Hurrah.
It' so bright outside right now, and boy is it cold!
Today it actually snowed while the sun was shining - ive never seen that before!
Looks fine, sounds fine.
Is this proof you normally put your telephone voice on for your blog? Did your true self come through there for a moment?
You can be honest with us wee lassie.

Linda - the text links to a Harry Lauder song, but I've asked Isabelle and my brother-in-law to delve further!
Paddy Paws - you seem to have a Profile and picture, but no blog??? Your comment made me laugh! Och aye....
S & S: after the age of 30, we all become Victor Meldrew, I think.
Everyone else - thank you for commenting! The moon never ceases to amaze, does it.
