So I do. I wish I had a branch of her blooming quince, but this assortment will have to do.

And on the kitchen table, untouched so far by Scooter....

I love love love daffodil time. Once they're over, I probably won't have yellow flowers again for a while.

Gorgeous way to start the week - your lovely yellows are making me feel Spring is a bit closer! Potted bulbs over at mine.

FROM THE LAND OF DAFFS - (the national flower of Wales) - we have planted hundreds of daffodils and narcissi since we moved in, and they will start to show, as if in relays, in the next few weeks. This makes me very reluctant to buy any, as I pick only the ones which have fallen over in the wind, but will still have weeks of 'free' flowers. As well as bags of mixed, and lots of named varieties, we also grow a few pots indoors each year, and these are planted out 'in the greeen' at the end of their season. I do this with crocus and fritillaria too, both very successfully. I've had a close look at the pots of crocus this morning, and there is one flower about to come out. So yes, I do have a yellow flower showing on Monday, just no means of posting it.
I have snow too. I could show you some pine cones, though.
You are good at following orders, I gladly welcome you into the Flower Army. Well done.
Your week old roses and alstro look lovely and I'm a nutter for tete a tetes.

Beautiful yellows. The roses are gorgeous. I'm also waiting for daffodils indoors - the outdoor ones won't show for a while yet.
I've got cheap supermarket polyanthus( or primulas? ) in a row in the kitchen . White , because they are so pretty and yellow because they smell gorgeous .
But what I'm really waiting for are white tulips , my weakness .

Oh Rachel, a bit poorly here on the flower front I'm afraid. The relentless heat is withering our flowers in the southern part of Australia, and up north the floods and cyclones seem to be finishing off the rest! Guess there's always our flowering eucalypts that battle on regardless.Love the roses you've featured!
Love your flowers! All I could show you are some piles of slushy snow, a couple of muddy puddles, and some bedraggled icicles. I think I prefer your flowers, all in all. Egads, I can't wait for February to be over!!!!
