There's still a chance and I'm still keeping my fingers crossed ..... it plays havoc with the quilting , I can tell you !
They do sound pretty serious so don't give up yet -early days / weekend/ mortgages hard to come by etc.
Just get on with what you were doing. Chill. If it happens = bonus!!!! And if it doesn't, well enjoy your new carpet and that fantastic new bathroom.
What is wrong with these people! It will happen, keep the faith.
Don't give up hope yet. Real estate is trickier these days.
Can you come and walk the Lab for us tomorrow? We'll be working like crazy all day and night:)

I do know, however, the feeling of hoping and waiting and wondering why in the world people aren't lining up at the front walk to live in my house!
When I sold my house-before last, it finally went to a doctor (?) who had viewed it about six months before. He had been commuting 50 miles to his new hospital, then decided he just couldn't carry on doing that anymore, and they hadn't seen anything else they liked in the meantime. So don't give up hope.
Having previously prescribed cake and gin, I now prescribe the voodoo doll. I will have to give you some wool tops and a felting needle - you make a little figure (perhaps an estate agent?) then repeatedly stab it - very, very therapeutic!! Seriously, I do hope that they are just getting themselves organised and it will all go ahead. Anne x
Maybe the financial working out is just taking that bit longer. (I can't balance the columns, either). Just go get a match and relight that candle.
Of all the questions beginning in 'w' it is 'when' that can drive one bonkers. It is the most frustrating and headache inducing wubble~you question, perhaps that could read 'wobble~you'?
This houseselling is really nervewrecking, don't you have some old crockery you can throw; preferrable at the people who give you false hope !! But as said before it only takes one and this one will come along.
Has your estate agent given you any feedback from this week's viewing? It so annoys me that things sound so positive and then - nothing! Did they perhaps have problems obtaining a mortgage (unlikely?!). I must admit that I'm really not looking forward to getting into the selling houses thing again myself.
Stay positive! It's early on in the year yet.
