I love raspberry jam and gooseberry jam, too. I feel the need for a jam sandwich . . .
My absolute favourite you know. Sadly our little Red Gooseberry bush is only one year old and unable to supply us with jam just yet, but I have enjoyed each berry that I have eaten whilst watering the garden.
I never knew you could get red gooseberries. Even the thought of your jam makes my mouth water, let alone your photo...
Your jam looks lovely! I was just checking on the apples in the hedgerow this morning when I was out for my walk - I'm looking forward to making apple jelly again in the autumn.
goosegog? .... okay, that's a strange one.... it almost sounds a little bit icky... I'm sure it is edible though.... or surely you wouldn't have thrown it in on that line ....

Wow, that set up beautifully! Very little chance of getting any jam from any of the fruit-bearers in our yard; we haven't the heart to chase the birds away.
