Malcolm appeared just as I was reading your post, so he had a good look at the progress being made. I asked if he had a comment for me to pass on to you....... I quote 'ask if it will be finished for Christmas' ...... now before your blood pressure rises, I have to say that it was delivered in a jocular fashion, and we are both tremendously impressed!! I love the photo of the drills (have I spent too many years with a drill-wielding man!!??)
I think Veg Artist is right: there should be room for a little chair, 1 or 2 geraniums and a cuppa (with all that blue sky!). It seems the perfect antidote to all the construction work you put up with lately! Blessings,
It doesn't look toasty warm...but thank goodness there are blue skies! Today we are -16C and snowing..... those guys will be glad they live where they do .... hahahha..... and, you to with all the goings on and doors and windows open....
Well, folks, it will still be a narrow space stuffed with the appliances that don't fit into the kitchen, plus a large larder cupboard; not much room for a chair, really! The window is very high from inside, although at waist height from next door's driveway, but yes, there will be geraniums. Stop fretting.
But it's going to change my life, that's for sure!
I have some tiles, not yet grouted, and a dishwasher and a whole heap of jobs not yet done! It's fine, it's all fine. Ommm or something like that. Wouldn't change it!

I'd be excited too. It's going to be wonderful!! And your weather looks pretty nice too.
Jolly good. Progress!
What a great space this will be, and how much work it appears to take to get it there.
You have quite a flair for decorating.

You're making a nice home for those pets of yours!
What's the translucent "roofing material"? Is it glass? Do you get . . . gasp . . . hail?
Oooooooh, it does look like it will be very good indeed. Thanks for letting us see the progress. I like the drill birds you have roosting there.

Will there be room for a little chair (for you)? For a geranium or two? It will be a lovely little room, as well as being useful.
Methinks I spy young joiner R. Have you asked him in to tea yet? I'm dying for some romance to go along with all this building! *wink*

Leaps and bounds, my dear, leaps and bounds. It will be marvellous.
Looks a real hive of industry to me! Congrats all round!
A wicker chair and geraniums, definitely.
