FITH & NW

It's Monday, and Jane would like us all to post a picture of our Flowers in the House. So here's two. I mean, here are two.

Daffs and Neighbourhood Watch. The catnip mouse? No idea.  Oh... wait....

Ah, ha, cute! I love your header photo. I enjoy it everyday when I come here. I hope you never change it; but then people do, from time to time. I know that I have arrived to the correct blog when I see it.

I've been having problems again with blogger and have not been able to comment on your posts for sometime :o(
So I'll leave more than one here!
You said earlier that you hadn't told neighbours about your blog and wondered if maybe you should stop blogging? No, please don't I love reading your posts - let your neighbours know!

I love the cobbles that have been installed against the wall, they look great :o) How nice that Catkin is getting braver too.

Your dining room dresser is wonderful, such a lovely rich colour.

Your pile of chopped sticks and split logs bring back happy memories - biggest regret in my home since having gas put in some years ago was getting rid of the open fire :o(

The daffs look lovely! I haven't seen any to buy yet. Love the neighbourhood watch ;o)

Sorry to bung all the comments on here, but I needed to say it all!

Best wishes
Rose H

Your Daffodils look very fresh and inviting. I bought two bowls of Hyacinth but they have hardly grown as they are on a very cold windowsill, I am tempted to bring them into the warmth but I know they will go over too quickly if I do.

Rachel, I took the liberty of linking you up over at the small house.

Loving your daffs and neighborhood watch.....

and may I say, that is one potent catnip mouse.

I'm even feeling slightly kittenish,

xo Jane

Lovely daffies - I was going to get some in Sainsbury's this morning, but they were £2 for a tiny bunch!!

Aren't daffodils the best? Probably my favorite smelling flower too.

From the land of daffs - must buy some soon, as the ones in the garden are on a north-facing slope, and will not be out for a week or two, although we have one solitary forsythia flower on a large bush, and a few camelia flowers out. It's looking promising this spring!
(By the way, the comment form has opened in its own little window - first time it's done that. Perhaps it will behave itself now!_
