As long as Lottie gave it all her seal of approval . She , better than most , knows that younger members of the family can sometimes get a little over-excited .
I escaped to Manchester (Think girly tea, sandwiches, cupcakes and many discriminating comments over frocks and hats and the cameras' penchant for shots of Elton John.)
Suspect here it was similar to Flossie's take on the event. Bor - ing.
I was the only one who watched here too, it was very early in the morning. The cat snored and one of the dogs just would open her eyes occasionally, sigh and go back to sleep.
For once a big overseas event happened in prime broadcasting time... 6 pm - 11pm. I used to drag myself to work after watching Wimbledon or the Tour de france in the middle of the night. Sometimes it sucks living at the bottom of the world.

LOL! I'm the only mammal in this house who watched it!
Honestly, do you not give your dog books on patriotism to read?
I take it Millie was in Flossie's bed again!
A similar situation prevailed amongst the moggies here - why on earth is she watching telly at this hour was writ large on their faces.
I watched! My kitties couldn't be bothered though.
You mean you haven't organised a street party for the pets and their friends!!

Lucy didn't bother either!!!

That dog has no shame!! Mine was on my lap, glued to the TV - well, when the horses were on anyway!
The cats and I watched with Mr Life. The cats weren't really interested, though they made more effort to look respectful than Flossie seems to have.

Has that basket shrunk in the wash?
Wish I slept like that!
I know....I tried to take a pic of Nika with a fascinator on her head and she refused to post.
First time ever.
Labs don't like weddings?

Understandable ---> naps can be SO good :-)
What is it about the sight of those little dog toothies peeking out that is so comical and endearing all at the same time?!
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the wedding, but could not get any of the cats interested in joining me...
All I can say is there's a Boo here who is thoroughly enjoying this plethora of red, white and blue. Of course, by enjoying I mean chewing. To shreds.
