They also sent photos of Millie's sister Luna, and of Banjo, their latest rescued cat, who had been taken in as a 3-week old kitten with meningitis, and who is now hale and hearty, but, sadly, blind.

What a beauties they both are. How could they bear to let Millie go? At least they know she's got a great home, but it must have been hard to part with her.
I believe that cats become pregnant by several fathers at the same time, the hussies...

Ewes, too, can become pregnant by two different tups - it's not uncommon here to see one black and one white 'twin' lambs!
Blind cats can lead very active lives, so much that it's difficult to believe they can't see. Older cats who go blind are a different matter, though.
Those kitties are all beautiful!
I recently read a wonderful book about a blind cat, named "Homer's Odyssey". Have you read it? I recommend it highly.
I had a cat the spitting image of big sister Luna. Much adored. Much missed. I think Luna and Millie at least have matching whiskers. All of them are gorgeous cats. Incidentally I once met a totally blind sheepdog and yes she could still work sheep.
