Small worlds

What's this? A grassy knoll? Exotic vegetation and distant walkers about to reach the summit of a rocky cliff, after a steep climb? Is that someone waving?

It's something to delight the eye, captured on Mull last summer, on the perimeter of the ancient burial ground at Duart Castle.

The glorious foothold Nature has taken on a very ordinary 4x4" fence post. Tiny wonders.

What great photos. I love Mull. The first time I went it was grey throughout so it was a bit of a shock to go for a second time and find it green and blue and vivid and enchanting.

The air is so clean there! We went about 15 years ago last week in July. I wore a track suit and quilted anorak for the whole week! Loved it though!
