Reflect on this

The sun doesn't reach my north-facing sitting room windows.


Unless neighbour Claire parks her car at just the right angle to bounce the sunlight off the driver's window into my house.

I love watching how the light changes during the day. We have been painting our walls lighter colors so we can see the light better.

Yes this is a very useful phenomenon which I have taken advantage of too. It was rather surprising the first time I noticed it.

This used to happen in an old house o mine. The walls were blue and the afternoon shadow was a palm tree. Lovely, Rachel.
