Visual check

Cats can stare at us, but they don't like to be stared at.

So trying to see if Millie's eye is really better....

...is not easy.

I thought that maybe the camera would be less threatening?

 Nope.

Let me try!

Gotcha. Looks fine to me.

You can get off the kitchen table now.

Millie , in unco-operative mood and with eyes tight shut , is simply gorgeous .

Each of your cats photographs so well. Rupert is all black, and it is rare that we manage to take a god photo of him, although he does do a good profile shot!

nice cat photos, very funny...the girls (Jr Blogger Kate and Jr Blogger Elizabeth) would like to know if the cats can really speak or type ?)

S&S/Isabelle: Millie is indeed gorgeous, and often uncooperative too.

L: Black cats certainly aren't easy to photograph; it's good that Scooter has his socks and bib, and that lovely tail-end.

KP: I'm thinking of something, honest.... maybe not even cat-related!

Val: Of course they can. I have to help with their spelling. And their language can be very rude!

I love that photo of Scooter... he looks adorable! I have yet to get a good photo of my little black kitten.
